Where is Biltmore Heights? Biltmore Heights is located in a charming pocket of Miami, near South Miami and Coral Gables. Our neighborhood is positioned south of 48th Street and north of Miller Street. Our community lies nestled between Red Road and 62nd Avenue, creating a picturesque enclave that captures the essence of serene living while maintaining convenient access to many parts of Miami and nearby schools, parks, hospitals, stores, great restaurants.   • Alfred Browning Parker was a professor emeritus at the University of Florida, School of Architecture. He began designing homes in South Florida in the early 1940’s and some of these homes can be found in our neighborhood. Parker was influenced by Frank Loyd Wright. His buildings are appreciated for their beauty, craftsmanship and use of local materials.
